As Executive Assistant to the Interim President of Waverley Street Foundation, Anne Marie Burgoyne, Brad Colby continues an eight-year partnership with Anne Marie that began at Emerson Collective. At Waverley, he supports executive operations and leadership initiatives advancing the Foundation’s climate and community-focused mission. Brad brings deep experience in executive support, governance, and nonprofit operations, with a career dedicated to mission-driven organizations and social impact.

Prior to joining Waverley, Brad held leadership and operational roles at Emerson Collective, the Low-Income Investment Fund, the Grand Lodge of California, and the David and Lucile Packard Foundation. He graduated cum laude from Marquette University with a B.A. in Political Science and pursued graduate studies in religious history and divinity at Regis College–University of Toronto, becoming an ordained minister. Outside of work, Brad enjoys life with his family on the San Mateo Coast and is active in community-building and local conservation efforts. He is passionate about fostering strong relationships and helping organizations operate with clarity, purpose, and compassion.
