Navitri Putri Guillaume is a dedicated development professional passionate about social equity and environmental sustainability. She has led impactful community-based projects across Indonesia, including her work at the International Labour Organization (ILO), where she supported local livelihoods through community-based ecotourism and designing training programs to empower women in STEM and green sectors. She also worked with the Climate and Land Use Alliance (CLUA), contributing to strategies that promote sustainable land use, forest conservation, and equitable climate action across Southeast Asia. She also brings experience from the World Economic Forum, where she built public-private partnerships and developed strategies that prioritize both people and the planet. With a unique blend of field experience and academic expertise, she brings a collaborative, solutions-driven approach to advancing inclusive sustainability efforts.

She holds a PhD in Political Science from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva, Switzerland, where her research explored the complex relationship between land, power, and identity – particularly in the context of Indonesia. With a strong focus on climate-smart solutions and equitable land governance, she brings both practical and academic insight to global sustainability efforts.

Outside of her professional work, Navitri is a nature lover who enjoys spending her spare time outdoors and exploring Indonesia’s remote places.
