Caleb has 20 years of experience at the intersection of social justice, food and radical hospitality. He was the Executive Director of San Francisco’s La Cocina until 2022, where he was named a James Beard Award winner for leadership. At Waverley, he manages a portfolio built around joy and the notion that none of our work in climate matters if we don’t collectively care about the world that we live in. And the best way to ensure that love is to connect people to each other, to land and nature, and to moments of inspiration and beauty. He was also, and may forever be, San Francisco’s Best Waiter as voted by the readers of 7x7 Magazine.
