Jagadha Sivan

Jagadha Sivan is a dynamic leader committed to transforming complex challenges into sustainable, mission-driven solutions. As Chief Operating Officer at Waverley Street Foundation, she ensures that equity, accountability, and transparency drive the organization’s efforts to create lasting impact.

Previously, Jagadha served as COO at ImpactMapper, where she helped philanthropies and corporations track and amplify the effectiveness of their programs.

Over the last couple of decades, her leadership has been instrumental in launching a business incubator for previously incarcerated women of color, redefining growth strategies for Native American-owned businesses, addressing healthcare coordination gaps for publicly insured populations and championing economic opportunities for immigrant women entrepreneurs.

A technologist by training, Jagadha earned a master’s in computer science from the University of Florida before pivoting into mission-driven work as a founding member of World of Good, a socially conscious retail platform that empowered women artisans across 34 countries.

Jagadha’s career is defined by her ability to bridge strategy, innovation, and impact—driving solutions that create meaningful change.
